This is my official review of the Ear Force X11 Headset from Turtle Beach. This is a nice high quality headphone and microphone headset that delivers a great gaming experience while playing on your Xbox 360 or PC.

  • Are these good for chatting to friends?

  • @sportzNfun Yep.

  • what about the buzzing

  • @Cowz221 What buzzing?

  • Can you alter it so you can't hear your own echo?

  • @TheGenghi5khan Yes. I believe you turn the mic boom around 180 degrees.

  • can I use this for good commentary

  • @WirelessHotShot do you have to plug it in to your tv or can you modify it so you dont have to

  • Easy to setup, decent sound for the price, One negative is that after just 3 month my left ear piece broke off.

  • i think its amazing

    1 no to expensive

    2 extreamly HD sound

3 you can fix the buzzing

    4 easy 2 set up

  • i have a decent $250 7.1 1500 watts surround sound system, and when i tried using these i heard much more detail minus the bass, i got them for free and i would recommend them for sure.

  • They aren't really that great. 1 Made of cheap plastic- Not good support, super flimsy 2 Not very comfortable 3 Background noise 4 Mine just broke 5 The wires are bitches! 6 Ear cups fold outward overtime, making them extremely uncomfortable.

The only good specs to them is that they deliver decent sound and the mic is good.

Overall, its what you get for 40, 50, or 60 bucks. NOT for the pro gamers. This is a budget headset, better off to buy $100 to $150 Logitech headset.
