BERLIN MELODY (Heino Gaze).
This video was made on The Oldest Wurlitzer Theatre Organ in UK. After being used in the "Picture House" Walsall for several years and then in a private residence (Dormston House, Sedgely), it was then installed in the Congregational Church at Beer, a delightful little fishing village situated in East Devon UK, where it still remains.
More information on the organ, including future events, more videos and a video of the inner workings, can be found on our organ website www.theatreorgans.com/beerwurly .
Many more organ videos can also be found on my own website www.organshow.co.uk .

  • fantastic...but does any one out there know what happened to the little wurlitzer in stanford hall rempstone? i used to be one of the projectionists there, would love to know thanks.

  • What a little gem! Hope the restoration campaign proves succesful. Any possibility of replacing the lost percussions and toy counter? There must be one knocking around somewhere. Next time I'm in the Southwest I will have to make a little detour.

  • I had no idea this style D was still installed in Beer. Sounds great!
