  • @Caughtya111 Me too : )

  • They found this in me by accident while doing a barium enema to check for colitis due to family history.

Ive never had what I believe to be symptoms which I'm told is normal. I eat alot for bodybuilding regimens...and its really made me cautious. Dunno really where to from here as bodybuilding isn't worth a colostomy bag, and my conditions isn't noteworthy to merit a specialist for advice.

  • Its funny how many MMA fans looked this up, true fans HAHA nice one. WAR BROCK

  • So brock had colon surgery? Ô_õ

  • Brock Lesnar(UFC fighter) just got the surgery for diverticlitis and removed 12 inches from his colon

  • they said that brock lesnar has this disease and he got kicked out of the ufc do to this

  • @shakaama it depends on the severity of the condition and also if the pouches are infected

  • I had surgery for severe diverticulitis. 8 inches of colon was removed. I had ruptured in a few places and it was not fun at all. Worst pain I've ever been in. Luckily, did not have to have a colostomy. Get your fiber people..you dont want this disease. AS far as the seeds and nuts thing goes, theres no scientific evidence to support that they cause or aggrivate diverticulitis..in fact, they say now that its probably good to eat nuts & seeds, as they contain fiber that can help you.
