Improved Neighbor Visits allow you to tell visitors what you would like help with. When a neighbor clicks on anything that is marked with a heart while visiting a city, they will get MORE coins/goods than if they had clicked an unmarked item.

When you accept help from neighbors on marked items, you'll get reputation hearts as well as the regular reward. As soon as your hearts have been "tended" you will be able to place them again!
