Do you use the global sun oven?
Or do you use another one?

I am researching solar cooking methods and will attempt it. I just didn't hear about that health warning, so it's good to note the temperature so people don't get confused to put on some raw hamburger and come back to it 5 hours later and attempt to eat it even if it does look cooked without regard for temperatures.

Careful with cooking meat. It needs to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F / 74 degrees C within 2 hours otherwise the bacteria in the meat will multiply and you can get very sick. Also, after something like this, eat it immediately and throw leftovers away.

This is true. This is a solar oven, as long as the sun is not blocked much by clouds, it maintains temps near 200 during the cooking process. I have cooked meats in my ovens for 4 years now and no problems because my ovens are insulated and I only cook my meats on clear days, not cloudy.
There is no need to waste food by throwing it out, this is cooking, not sitting at lukewarm temps.
do you solar cook, if so, what kind of oven or cooker do you use?
thanks for the comment!
