SPEAK YOUR MiND_
Is an Angelo Verzini and Simon Manfreda video\photography project. One of the reasons that led us to start this project is the desire to show an unusual point of view about surfing at these latitudes of the "Mare Nostrum". Our purpose is not to "reveal" the secrets of the "inland sea" but to "share" in respect of all persons and community who live and surf in our strange and beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Feelings, colors, smells that everyone who was born and surfed in these places know. We hope you like it.

SPEAK YOUR MIND è un progetto viedeo/fotografico di Angelo Verzini e del videomaker Simone Manfreda e nasce dal desiderio di mostrare attraverso le immagini, un punto di vista differente da quello ormai reso noto negli anni da riviste di settore e da varie produzioni video più o meno "indipendenti". L'intento non è quello di svelare i segreti del "mare interno" ma quello di condividere attraverso le immagini, le sensazioni, i colori e il mood che contraddistinguono questa porzione del Mar Mediterraneo, che con i suoi umori altalenanti, può regalare giornate indimenticabili e non soltanto per le onde. Il video è stato realizzato nel rispetto delle comunità surfistiche che ci hanno ospitato e dei loro protagonisti. Persone che, mareggiata dopo mareggiata, vivono questa magia, legati da un comune denominatore cioè quello di essere dei surfisti mediterranei. Uno speciale ringraziamento va a Simone per le riprese e il montaggio. Un lavoro che lo ha impegnato full-time per oltre due mesi. Altro ringraziamento va a Rocco e Vincenzo per le riprese nei loro splendidi spot e ovviamente a tutti gli "amici" che spero abbiano capito qual'è lo spirito dietro questo video.
