The river dropped to 17.21, after peaking at around 17.6 (some wind effect probably too). Noticed more debris, larger items in video. Plus heavy equipment shoring up rip/rap on the Mandan side, south of the Interstate 94 bridge. Known problem area.

Already this is the biggest natural disaster to hit post Garrison Dam. Millions of dollars of infrastructure in place, temporarily, to hold off to 150K cfs. Some Corps projects, some local and some just crazy, local poorly constructed ring dikes around a home.

Nearly 4 million sandbags have been filled. Tomorrow is the final push. After Church, people will out to fill in the Race to Finish!

The we will see what happens when it ramps up to at least 130K cfs later in the week.
