  • Thanks, I bought the car with the wheels on them, but i think they are called hickrock wheels or something like that. They are 18 in wheels, so they are too small for your cool truck. What state are you from? I m here in california. Have a good day.

  • This one was with the stock cam then, right? And as far as the muffler eliminators, did you get the cut outs or just replace the mufflers with a pipe? And if you did cut outs, are they before the cats, after the cats, or in place of the cats? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions. I'm just a curious Vette owneer with big dreams and a little budget.

  • Hey reoch999, Yes it was with the stock cam on this video. And the eliminators was done at a local muffler shop. I m not all that mechanically inclined or anything but he used the stock piping with an x-pipe, and then added bigger piping to some muffler tips of my choice. The cost was 600. If I picked cheaper tips it would of cost 500. But i think any good muffler shop can do this if you explain to them. I live in los angeles county in california. Where do you live?

  • How loud is it when cruising on freeway? I have LT4 too on my -96 but it is daily driver so... I am just wondering is it going to be too loud

  • Nice! I have a '96 Vette. Corsa exhaust with a 2800 stall and 3.07 gears. Not an LT4 but I like it.

Are you on Corvette Forum? If not there is a ton of info there and a great bunch of guys the know their shit.

  • nice car what size and type of wheels are those

  • By the way, it sounds great. Being in Cali I guess you have to keep your cats. Oh well, at least you get nice weather most of the year. Here in central Illinois we don't have smog tests so unless a cop actually looks under your car, cats are somewhat optional. I already have custom cat back x-pipe exhaust, but am putting together a plan for winter mods that may include exhaust dumps for those times when noise isn't an issue. I'll post a tentative parts list on corvetteforum to get opinions.

  • This car sounds sweet, very nice!
