@aligak4t7 Nah I'd rather not since they are not even from Afghanistan. Ok kid?!?!?
Stop all the fighting make love not war buhuhuhu... But seriously, there is no reason to start a flamewar about this discuss this like adults.
But here is their description about their homeland:
“Al Qaynah is a global effort and we’re composers and musicians from different cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
Afghanistan thusly is our metaphorical homeland.''
So that means that they're not all from Afghanistan, but consider themselves as an Afghan band.

They are not from Afghanistan. This music would be better listed as "creole metal" because it's a mix of everything.

@xabamsar
The guys that make this music are from Afghanistan, so that means the band is from Afghanistan too. I don't know what ''creole metal'' is, but I think it's more oriental metal.

@denzi3 Actually this band is a collaboration between musicians from all over the world and they just say they are from Afghanistan because it would seem more exotic.
I use the term 'creole metal' because their music blends in different styles from different cultures.
But no, there is nothing Afghan about this band. My father is from Afghanistan.
