Okay now about Dead Space... here's my official Dead Space walkthrough with live commentary! This is not simply me playing through Dead Space for the first time but rather a walkthrough in the traditional sense of offering up a strategy guide on how to play this survival horror video game without suffering 17 bazillion horrible deaths. (I guarantee to get you through the game with only 16 bazillion horrible deaths... heh heh...)

I'm playing on the PC version of Dead Space, medium difficulty. The commentary is recorded live while playing the game and may contain some coarse language, lewd remarks and/or legend-in-my-mind, limping lame attempts at humour. View at your own risk. You have been warned... :p

Slack i'm about to install Dead space, but i'm put off with comments made on forums suggesting the controls using a USB mouse. Many suggest this makes the game unplayable, can you just confirm please that you did indeed use a usb mouse?

I used a USB mouse when I did my DS walkthrough. The initial settings were too fast though so I turned down the mouse sensitivity. Also there's some deal about turning off vsync or something that. Do a search for vsync at the DS forum.
