It's a canned line and his staffers rehearsed it with him. JFK often improvised jokes on the spur of the moment. Can you point me towards a clip showing him ad-libbing a joke that shows he was quick on his feet?

@serbin16m Reagan was educated in economics, but since he's a republican, that doesn't matter huh? Look at our Secretary General Obamao, he was a community organizer and got a law degree, he is spending our way to prosperity! He is so smart, surely he must know what to do to for the Greater Good!

@TheMarksmenCat yah i got it the first time what doesn't make sense to me is the fact that your comparing actors to attorneys? actors should stick to acting because its not a skill that takes years of education like becoming an attorney does, so yes actors should stick to acting, but I wouldnt say the same for attorneys who are very educated people.
