On 27 February, 2010 a futsal (mini football) game Goal between BUSINESS and EDUCATION teams was organised by the British Council Armenia with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia, Armenian Football Federation and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Armenia.
Organised within the Skills for Employability project the Goal symbolizes the willingness and readyness of both sectors to come together for one common aim to foster and to promote dialogue and cooperation between employers and educators.
Skills for Employability (SFE) is a project that builds the skills of young people and adults to enable them to work and compete in todays globalised world. It does this by encouraging closer links between education and industry with a focus on strengthening the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) sector.
