I spent the last week on the beach outside of Kona, just fishing, drinking and relaxing. I had my camera and figured why not try to record something.

This definitely ISN'T the most awe-inspiring and amazing ukulele video ever recorded, it's just another one of my unfinished arrangements, but eh, why not upload it...haha...one day I'll finish a song :P

I was slightly hung-over and distracted (there were some papios feeding on the bait fish and I kept looking over at my pole)

I'll get some tabs up soon and post a link here for anyone that's interested.

  • thats good

  • hahaha, oh man, awesome rendition man. wow. love where the stogie is being held at.

  • one note at a time...haha...jus kidding

Nah, I just hum the melody line and match it and figure it out one note at a time on the uke. After I get the melody down, I mix in the chords. After that I just kinda tweak it for a while and work in some hammer-pulls, slides, maybe a tremolo. At that point I have the basic arrangement...after that I just try to throw in small improvisations each time I play it, if I find something I like in a certain part, I'll kinda integrate it into my arrangment
