The cheerleader's routines seemed more coordinated than in some other videos I've seen. Would have enjoyed it more if the audio hadn't cut out at times, but still one of my favorite Weird Al parodies!

@krausemouse I know many people downgraded your routine, but yours still ranked higher than others for me personally. There's a Spanish-language version that, while I liked the "housekeeper blowing the French horn" and the "sandwich knocked out of the hand" skits, turned me off because the cheerleaders were so thin!

And how many of us will ever get on stage with someone famous? Best of luck in future endeavours!

@chessismygame Actually, that was ME and my friend Becky as the cheerleaders, so I'm very very flattered that you liked our choreography! When you do the show, you have to come up with it on your own, and we practiced like MAD to get it just right. :)

I'm the one in pigtails, closer to the camera, and Becky is the one with the long ponytail in the back.

@THEjase23 He asked Kurt like, 18 years ago if this was okay, and Kurt said yes. Kurt had also written in his journals that "Weird Al is a modern rock genius." (How's that for irony? haha) He thought it was awesome when he saw the video, AND Nirvana is one of Weird Al's favorite bands.

It's not like the song is supposed to be serious. It's really just satirizing the people that didn't understand the song, not the song/band itself.

@angel21901 No problem about the audio. I should have added that there's another Weird Al video where the poster admitted that the longer it plays the more out of sync the audio and video get. I figured it was a YouTube problem. Maybe what happened was that when zooming the camera's microprocessor (if there is one) was overloaded trying to record and zoom simultaneously. I have an older PC and part of the video becomes a blank spot onscreen when saving.
