How do you keep it centered

Good question (that's because it is the same thing I though when i saw the first probe design)

The beauty of the 120 degree spoked hub is that it centers itself on the three points of contact

Clever rework of the triangle probe contact approach. Nice work. You mentioned you were going to supply the dxf or code files for milling. Hope you meant that, I want to build one of these.
