Im pretty sure i know whats wrong with my setup but i just wanted to veryify that it is the graphics card hampering my gameplay.

good enough ;) you can play it maxed out in a decent FPS, I had some settings turned down though because I prefer smoother gameplay. But you will most definitely get n enjoyable experience.

great video quality, Perfect chosen maps, perfect recording way and nice tactics...i've only finished this game once, my strong spot is medievsl 2 which i've beaten 3 times:P...beautiful games these total wars...you could say i know what i'm talking about...

I have a single core with a 7900 geforce card and 2 gb of ram and can run this game very well.

So, to put it more succinctly, yes you all can run trhis game.
