My statements on the history of the 2nd Amendment are historically inaccurate but my opinion on it still stands. Joe Horn is a prime example of why every person in America should not have the right to bear arms.

I agree that the two men killed by Horn were more likely than not trespassing but this in and of itself did not justify in the circumstances Horn leaving his own property (where he was safe from harm) for the sole purpose of going to shoot the intruders on his neighbour's property.

Horn is just a racist who was looking for an excuse to kill a "foreigner".
