  • @thjonny Thanx Cptn Obvious...clear they are CD mixers...thats beside the point; I made a reference to him being the godfather of the turntable, because, in reality, he is..he was famous for using three turntables at a time. In fact, until 5-7 years ago, Vinyl and turntables were the norm...he was the first DJ to be named #1 in DJMag in '97...usin turntables. He used them until recently..hence, my comment about him bein the godfather of turntableism...u just start listening to electronic music?

  • just if my speakers were like the ones there........

  • Yeah... thanks to Mr. Obvious.

I think he use CDJ for a matter of convenience. In this way he can carry tons of tracks in digital format, if he continues using vinyl it would be a really problem.

Anyway, just listening Live @ Crobar Chicago (1998) there's no doubt.

  • There´s no Top Comment? ..

    i love trains =/ ...

  • quel est le nom de la chanson connu a partir de la 41 eme seconde svp

what 's the nam of the most track who start at 0.41 seconde please?*

  • I met him in 94, he's a nice guy and gave me a couple of tips about back counting beats to work out cue points that dont occur on breaks or crash cym's when i first started dj'ing parties.

He had been given a couple of sets of technics slip mats to try out that had a different felt cloth underside, he gave me a pair and i used them for nearly 10 years.

Top bloke and a master of his craft.
