@McLarenMercedes yeah, I can see why people say it bad but it's still enjoyably bad if you want a good laugh.
plus, The Killer Shrews is another hilarious bad movie that is admittedly bad but it has a lot of really funny moments because of it's cheesiness.

Fair enough they had bad graphics, but their computers (and sometimes lack of) weren't capable to do the stuff we can today. Look at Start Wars: It had horrible graphics and Yoda was a puppet.

"Plan 9 from outer space", is a bad movie sure, but I've seen way worse. It may be the most "famous worst movie ever made", but at least it was made with a lot of heart and Wood's never give up mentality.
