Glam-Ites, I will be reading from the book Dear September all month. I encourage you to leave love comments to those around you who have suffered or are currently fighting this battle. If you do not know anyone, extend your well wishes and prayers if it so moves you.

My Grandmother passed away 2 years ago yesterday in the living room of the home I grew up in. She was officially declared today. I hope this finds people in hope and healing as I pray my Grandmother's spirit continues to find me.

  • My aunt is fighting this and she is one of the strongest people I know. I watched her be strong for her husband (my uncle) as dealt with cancer. And he passed , she had just finished another round of chemotherapy. I sat and watched her be strong when she got both of her breast removed which is the part of a woman's body that makes a woman. . I watched her be strong when she went bald from the chemotherapy. And yet still she presses, she still gives God praises everyday. I love her so much.

  • As a breast cancer survivor, I appreciate the kind words of others because I cannot fight this alone! You are a beautiful soul!!!!
