I looked on verizon, the reviews were pretty bad saying the back slips off easly and the touch is too sensitive. But I really like it! Ill just have to ask the people in the store

A lot of people are complaining about this phone. First off, this is a music phone with a big focus on music. It's good at what it's made for which is music. The sound quality on headphones is great. The drawback is its lack of features. It has no video, camera quality is mediocre, no EV-DO, and no full keyboard for texting, but it's a music phone not a feature filled phone. The cost of this phone is mainly for that 1 GB, ability to expand to 16 GB, and ICEPOWER audio technology.

I had this phone andi hated it it tirns off constantly when I dont want it to and it sucks now I have the lg vortex and I love it!!!!!

I just had this phone and the back broke numerous times and slid off very easily it got to the point where i had to duck-tape the back on. The touch controls did not work very well at all and it turned off constantly without me turnin it off. All in all this phone is a piece of crap do not get it!!!!!!

i've had this phone for 2 years and i've had no problem with the back coming off. i've dropped it NUMEROUS times and even once in the bathtub, ahaha. it still worked once i dried it off. after 2 years of being owned by a klutz, it only has a couple scratches in the back and a medium sized scratch in the screen. it also has great music quality.

Well- it's an ify phone. I have had to return it twice for malfunctions- and now I can't even receive pic messages. It bugs out a lot and randomly turns on n' off. All in all- if you need a text you family, call your wife NON business phone; congrats looks no more.…

to many lack of features buuuutttttt i can live with this(hope fully 2 years) =P but i wish they could've worked on the speaker more since it was a music phone because it gets all static like. If they added more features and quality, this would've been a more popular phone

i have the samsung trance and it is a piece of crap. i so badly want an lg env3 or something with a qwerty keyboard BUT DONT GET THIS PHONE IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!

I had NO problem with this phone.. It was awesome but i broke it. :/ but i give it 5 stars. I loved the touch screen button things. Now i have the Samsung Juke.. It sucks. Lol. i miss my red trance. :/

i hate this phone its was my first phone i still have i , i have had it for about a year and the back always comes off the touch sensetive buttons barely work!!1 and there is no full keyboard!!!!
