@secretbonus black ops funding usually comes from off shore bank accounts and mock companies usually the majority of the profits comes from illegal arms sales since the US is the number one exporter of weapons nation wide. its easy to employ gun runnners for the government and give them a piece of the pie cause they dont care where the money is going there completely protected and are still getting there's. and of course money going places its not needed famous phrase "$20,000 for a toilet seat?

Can someone answer this?

If the government doesn't want people to know about black operations (assuming they exist), do they fund them through accounting irregularities and saying money went elsewhere, or do they have to come up with the money through other means? (such as drug sales or money laundering?)

I hate to say this , but I have so much trouble understanding what some of you are trying to say . I don't know if it's that you don't know what you're saying or talking about or if some of you are just typing so fast that what's in your mind isn't what ends up on paper. Of course it could be that you're using computer short hand and I'm not familiar with it . I don't know why , I just had the hankering to say all this .
