@HunterMann I dont know why he he didnt do it right away. but if you've seen the footage you can tell he knew he fucked up bad. And I also didnt know that he was a member of the freemasons.

@verminslayer Why didn't he apologize the next night at the same comedy club? No, he had to be begged by Seinfeld and the network to apologize on "live" TV on Letterman's show. It was a PR stunt to smooth things out for the network, that's all. Richards is a card-carrying member if the Freemasons(Masonic Order). Do the math.
