  • While I feel that his words are true in some way, I think that he's only talking about the people living in the western world. Because the majority of humanity does not live such peaceful lives and it's important to focus on the bodyparts that hurt. They hurt because somethings not right and the pain is there for us to recognize. I would say one should be sensitive for pain or the suffering of others, but at the same time be aware of the beauty of life too and make it your motivator.
