Downs Educational Training & Consulting is calling on all College/University Teacher Education Program and Alternative Teacher Certification Programs to join us in an effort to help retain our qualified new teachers in the classroom. DETC offers a program that bridges vocabulary, terminology, cognitive and developmental theory and critical thinking skills to assist new teachers with understanding relevant teacher pedagogy and methodology necessary to successfully master the state certification exam. New teachers will also be able to take these same skills taught to them into the classroom and teach their students.
