Baby Sloths eating in Costa Rica

I was in the Sloth Sanctuary in Puerto Limon. We got to see the babies being fed. These babies were orphans and the sanctuary saved them from a horrible death. Many people treat the sloths bad. Kids beat them up or put them on fire the guide told us.

Did you know that sloths don't drink water or any liquids as grown ups? They get all the fluids they need from the plants and fruits they eat!
