All of these videos provide excellent advice. Thank you. I will apply all of this to my workouts and lifestyle. When did you start living like you do, and incorporating all of these techniques? Obviously it's a cumulative wealth of info based on research and experience, so have you always led a healthy life?

Thanks! You're right, I've been raw vegan since June of 2009. This video was made in April of that year, before I made the switch. The information is still valid. No matter how clean and healthy your diet, I believe the demands of modern life and the quality of food available require a little supplementation for insurance.

Human protein requirements are vastly overstated by two influential groups: agribusiness, who want you to buy lots of meat, poultry, dairy and grains, and muscle supplement manufacturers, who want you to buy all their unnecessary powders. Human milk is only 6% protein, and nature got it right. Your body can't even use protein until it's broken down into amino acids, all of which are much more easily assimilated from plant food sources. Animal protein is inferior, unhealthy and unnecessary!
