What is the essence of riding?

How does it feel onboard a MotoGP bike, pitting your skills against the best riders and tracks in the world, at an average speed of 120mph?
How do you do it?
How do you go from vertical to 65 degrees of lean angle in half a second at 100mph when it shouldnt be possible?
When fractions of a second are the difference between winning and losing, how do you do it better than the others?
How do you win?

These are the questions put to the best riders on the planet, those competing in the 2008 MotoGP World Championship.

Starting, stopping, cornering, sliding, crashing, overtaking, training, believing and winning. Its all in here in the MotoGP Riding Secrets DVD!

Youll hear the secrets directly from the stars of MotoGP, including Jorge Lorenzo, Chris Vermuelen, Casey Stoner, Valentino Rossi, Colin Edwards, Nicky Hayden and Loris Capirossi. As a bonus, theres an index featuring Casey Stoners Ducati, which breaks down and describes the major components of the motorcycle and highlights the latest technology in use by the teams on the MotoGP circuit.

  • Im sorry Saloei but you have no idea what you are talking about.

  • In other words, it's art.

  • R.I.P Sic

  • @saloei 500 2 strokes will never be back

and leaning off has little to do with the weight, they were doing the same on the 500`s

its about keeping the bike on a fatter part of the tyre for better grip

  • @saloei sadly 2 strokes will never be back

and the riders leaning off has little to do with weight really, they were doing on the 500`s also, its about having more tyre on the ground and you leaning off means you don't lean the bike over as much there by having it on a fatter part of the tyre

  • this video doesnt tell you anything lol

  • @kontaktseistrup the book is great too

  • MotoGP is boring to watch. seeing the riders lean off the bikes as much as they do only tells me these bikes are heavy and its necessary to make them turn at a certain speed. these bikes don't accelerate, turn, brake like 500cc 2 strokes. they're not nimble!! there is a small group of professional ex-F1 500 GP pilots who are trying to get 2 strokes back into the scene. but, with that said, only time will tell.

  • Colin its very funny guy.

  • is it cool if i hang o the bike from the stank with my outside elbow?and my knee and outside boob?
