@rouseg7 Every Billy Bragg record had a label on it that said something like 'Capitalism is Killing Music. Pay no more than £3.75 for this 15 song album". Albums were between £8 and £15 at the time. I haven't seen his house, but have you? He's done loads of work for charity...gave financial and moral support to the miners. He's done a lot for his cause....and just because someone has money it doesn't mean they have forgotten what life was like before. Look at all the millionaire rappers.

We are watching what has become the spectacular collapse of the capitalist apparatus, fundamental cracks are developing in there structures. Whilst their hideous system is in perpetual crisis, it is not dead. Its components with fight desperately to defend the structure of privilege, that has kept us down and repressed for hundreds of years.
