@illinifan512 I just can't believe that someone would stand up for Ron Turner. He is a complete incompetant moron. I was sick of all the draws up the middle to Forte on 3rd and 22 when it NEVER worked. All of his play calling was extremley predictable. Sometimes he would call an end around to a receiver only to lose yardage. I remember a 2nd and goal from like the 4 against the Browns and he called a reverse to Hester. The play lost like 7 yards and we had to settle for 3. Hester also got hurt.

@Zscheesus Apparently he did not fit in with Mike Martz's offensive system...Martz's system doesn't rely much on a "receiving" tight end like Greg Olsen and instead on tight ends mainly for blocking and developing the running game. So, they traded him to Carolina for pretty much nothing. Not a good choice in my eyes
