Thank you for your comments. Yes, the AAHs use the word "possibility" but it rapidly turns into fact. Why is "possibility" being presented as history? Von Daniken claims his position is a "possibility" - view my May 19 video (Aliens Revisited Part 1) for a direct quote as fact.The claims are science fiction at best. The "Big Bang" is a theory, not fact - no respected cosmologist would call it fact, although the math supports part of the position. Again, I appreciate all comments.

Wayofliving - show me the proof; all I hear from the UFO crowd is anger and frustration because I ask for hard evidence. Anyone can say they were abducted; I've watched the unconvincing hypnosis sessions (I was a hypnotherapist for over 35 years). Yes, weather balloons - where is the evidence to prove otherwise? Oh, yes, government coverup. Crop circles? Aliens come billions of miles to mess up a corn field! Some sort of code you say? Very stupid aliens if that's the best they can do.

I find it interesting that none of the true believers in the ancient alien hypothesis are willing to address the works of Mandelker (The 2300 BC Event) and Bond and Hempsell (A Sumerian Observation of the Kofels' Impact Event). Moreover, much of what is presented as ancient alien technology is explainable and I do not think it good science to jump from the one-percent anomalies to aliens. I realize, however, that we need a new myth to live by.

I am very disappointed in the History Channel and suggest to my students they be very cautious of the information presented. My new description of their programming is the “Pseudo-History Channel.” The continual playing of the Ancient Alien Hunters and the programs on UFOs only serve to perpetuate a myth and mislead the public. I enjoyed your video! But the Ancient Alien series on the History channel only presents its evidence as speculations. Words like "could" or "would it be possible" litter its narrative, I don't share your view that it is harmful unless people take a very dogmatic stance to promoting these ideas. Many people argue the big bang theory despite the contradiction of half the stars in our own galaxy being older than the big bang itself!

I would warn against taking the history channels ancient aliens as the be all end all for proof of ancient aliens. Some of those people are known for making stretches. There is tons of evidence out therefrom people that are NOT part of that group.

oh, and i completely agree with your statement on the history channel, all tho i would take it a little further. personally i haven't watched television in over 7 years. everything i get of information comes from the internet or books. the internet brought me to james arthur in my quest for the holy grail of ecstasy, which brought me to gnostic media, which brought me to you, which gave me another mentor and a new hobby -- finding amanita muscaria symbolism in religious artwork. you've seen one.

the reason i support charlie sheen is because he is one of the few celebrities who spoke out against 911. (youtube search charlie sheen message to the president). on top of that he is hilarious and is indeed an excellent rolemodel to certain individuals who are into rock'n'roll.

other than that, i support charlie sheen because i wouldn't like to be called out into the public and shamed just because i enjoy daily doses of muscaria and iboga. it's none of the publics business what i ingest.
