And it's also very silly to call $cientology a "belief system". What exactly is their belief system? They don't even know themselves because before they get to high levels like OTVIII they must pay about 300,000 $. I don't know any other belief system that you must buy piece by piece. Members of other religions tell you what they believe, $cientologists don't. It's not a belief system. It's a money grabbing organisation and a pyramid sceme.

It doesn't matter if you call it a cult or a religion. I am an atheist, I think they all suck. But I don't care about their belief. If it makes them happy to believe in Xenu, the galactic overlord, they may do so. What I DO care about though are all the abuses that are going on in $cientology. Abuses like disconnecting families, fair gaming critics, suing people to destroy them, forced abortions, putting people on the RPF, etc. If you don't know about these things, look them up.

@mollie2810 Every religion is a cult. Not putting down religion, but get real. A religion is a belief system. Scientology is a belief system. We use to call Mormons "a cult". Some people call Catholics "a cult". What the hell is a cult anyway?

@mollie2810 She's been a Scientologist since before she became famous... She joined in the 70s (she claims they were what got her off of drugs back then)

Kirstie may hav food addiction as result of liver injury from consumption of fructose (sugar) and/or drugs. (see video lecture by Dr. Richard Johnson on Fructose Addiction)
her work in detoxing using the Scientology protocol of "Purification" (see book Clear Body Clear Mind) may have helped heal her liver and her body by detoxing it and giving it better nutrition.

I liked her so much, but since she joined Scientology I don't like her anymore. But sorry about her. I hope she'll leave the cult.
