  • @vanitalboyd I've joined my local gym for a few months and I have tried a taster session with a personal trainer, I am about to start a program with him. I've had 4 dislocations in my left knee so understandably my legs are weak but I was so suprised to find I couldn't do a single push up properly... I've got a lot of work to do!

    So I hope this helps me.

    Would step aerobics need good leg strength or would it be ok having just finished physio?
