http://systemablog.blog.com In this drill we use our hands and the ground to learn to be more aware of our back and torso capabilities by placing a hand on the back while prone on the ground and pressing on it with the body. This increases our awareness to this point and makes it a point of reference. Next we inhale and conduct the created pressure to either up or down and let the breathing create the motion. We do this several times and in different locations and the result is a relaxed, aware and more capable middle.
