  • To SouthBay4D:

    you can increase your 1.5 mile times by sprinting over a longer distance. Try doing 600m or 800m windsprints, then jog a few laps in between sets to catch your breathe. Also, try not to just run on the road, trail running with big hills is key to gaining endurance and leg strength.
