"Heres the last track from Record Clubs covering of Skip Spences Oar. Beck takes the lead, with James on drums, Brian on bass and Jamie weilding his magic pedals. Thanks to Wilco, Leslie Feist, Jamie, Gadson and Brian for making that day last June so memorable.

Record Club will be taking a week or two off, but well be back with some big surprises."

  • No one can cover Skip Spence like Beck. I'll bet you he would approve if he were still alive. RIP Skip.

  • Nice try, but I think the original is much better. Also, the agressive ending of the original is missing.

  • I unintentially ripped this song off. (the original) It's not the same but It's obvious to me now that I subconsciously had this song in mind.
