  • I noticed in your hair regimen list that you use a serum. I know a lot of people use those for heat protection but you stay away from heat. So I was wondering why you use it and what it does for the hair? Btw you are such in inspiration! My hair is the same length yours was when you first started. But after following your videos I'm so much more encouraged and determined to grow my hair! :)

  • @ETANI83 was your hair natural when your grandmother pressed it every 3 weeks? If so, that's not gonna do a lot of damage to your hair. But relaxed hair can't handle a lot of consistent heat because of the protein bonds that are broken down during the process. Heat breaks down your protein bonds in your hair even more which making it weaker. Really, if your relaxer is beneficial, your hair should be straight enough without using heat regularly.

  • is that a New Orleans accent I hear?

  • I love your earring <3

  • what about a boar bristle brush? i head it doesn't hurt your hair but im not sure????

  • You must be from Louisiana, specifically new orleans. Lol i know my people when I hear them! and i love the VIDEO!!

  • I really don't understand the no heat thing...my grandma use to press my hair once every three weeks and my hair was it's longest and healthist. When I started doing my own hair it got shorter and shorter. I think it's about a good balance of moisture...she also used a brush when combing my hair. hmmm.....idk what to think

  • I'm loving that dream catcher earring.

  • I dont agree with not using a brush because a comb would pull your hair out more then a brush would even if it is wide tooth and with brushes if i was pulling my hair out it would hurt and it dosent

  • You so sound like you are from Louisiana! lol

  • What about the ouchless goody brush?
