@NLPTimes oh man i got a feeling that you can help me... for about 4 years ive been trying to be like i was then.. in 8th grade i was kind of a normal kid, you know, not so popular, but in a week i became this Super me, i was funnier than a comedian, much better at sports, the most confident person i knew and the most popular, i was freaked out and never understood it. and i never found out what caused it. pls man if you have any idea if nlp can help, you'd save my life.

hello man i have some problems related to my studies that where should I start my studies ,which book should I read first ,I am not the best but I am good in all My subject (I have taken commerce ),i always try to concentrate on my studies but because of such problems i always get confused in choosing the subject book to read and come out of my study room.

I got 1 BURNING QUESTION: do you have any advice (video, book, tutorial....) for pain management in NLP? I suffer from horrible muscles pain in all my body and while getting cured, I'm looking for effective ways to manage this, without using too many drugs. Thanks!

I have a question, I play the clarinet fairly well, for a beginner, how do I enjoy it more so I can get better at it? I wanted to be a painter. But people seem to like music more. It hurts me physically to play it. But people seem to like my clarinet playing more than my artwork. How can I figure out if I should play the clarinet? I really wanted to be a painter. I'm confused. I'm ok at it. But its really frustrating. Thanks.
Great job my friend! I've got this issue where I don't always know how I get into state. I equate it with with finding myself on top of a mountain I didn't climb. Just there and I ride it out but when I'm down, I'm down. Any advice?

Hi daddycubjudah, if I've understood you correctly, your question is how to manage your state - to know both how you get into good states and presumably avoid when you are down, being down. If so then a good place to start is becoming aware of how you produce the specific state results. In the NLP worldview we presume everything that a human being can do is a behaviour. Therefore from an NLP perspective the state results you describe are a result of a specific sequence of thought-feeling-actions

So if you want to gain more intentional choice over your states, begin to bring awareness to the ways and specific sequence you have habiutated to - to produce for example the "down, down" result. Something(s) needed to happen to produce that result - you may be using a specific poor internal voice tone, with a series of "negative" movies etc in a looping fashion that creates that feeling. If you say "Tom, it literally just happens" then there will be an anchor fired off to produce that.

Once you've identified the pattern that produces the result the next step is "OK, what and how will I change in order to produce a different feeling?" and this is usually quite easy. The obvious solution is don't let the old pattern run, so think different thoughts.
