And that's EXACTLY WHAT HE DID. HE MADE AN IMAGE AND BOWED TO IT. THIS IS NOT ABOUT JUDGEMENT. IT'S ABOUT TELLING PEOPLE TO ACKNOWLEDGE GOD IN ALL THEIR WAYS. PAY ATTENTION TO SCRIPTURES, BEFORE YOU LEAD PEOPLE DOWN A PATH OF ERROR THAT THEY CAN'T SEE FOR THE LOTUS FLOWERS THAT HAS THEM ALL OOOO-ING AND AAAA-ING AT THE PAINTING. @KeneshaCoulibaly Kenesha, I appreciate your thoughts pertaining to the painted image of Christ. It has provoked deep thought on the issue for me. It is clear that you are very well versed in scripture but it's also evident that scripture can be interpreted in many different ways by many different people. Who is correct? I just can't help to reflect on that day in that room and feeling the presence of God. It sure felt right.

@theez14 Thanks for your comment. I'm glad you voiced your concern but I must say that I politely disagree with the point that I feel you're trying to make. The physical piece is not worshipped in any way rather the image is used to evoke thought, emotion, and faith towards a higher power. I feel it is no different than a song which brings us closer to God (other than being a 3 dimensional object). I do appreciate your thoughts.

agree with these comments, some people just need to stop being so negative about the positives in life...Shawn you are truly amazing im a New Zealander and i love watching your work it remind's me on how quick God comes when we need him..and for those negative minds touch up on your reading "Matt 25:14-30" ....i'm surprised you forgot about this verse.....love love it Shawn awesome work...
