Lexus IFS passes BMW M3 on Larry H Miller track

Open track day, took me a few laps to reel him in, and he stuck with be partially for another lap. His biggest error was breaking too hard on entry. Otherise pretty evenly matched.

Agreed, I did have some poor lines. Funny enough, after following him I saw how poor I was driving. I spoke to the BMW guy afterwards and he was real nice. He had been the the track several times, (it was my first) plus he was running slicks, well almost slicks, they had a few small grooves on them but were not street legal, he said they made a huge a dfference. Id be curious to see how I ran after a few track sessions following someone real great. So much to learn. thanks for the posting.

Looked like you were running about 1:54, but your line was poor compared to that 135i.

That looks like an 135i, are you sure it was an M3?

Good job! Proven once again that BMW is for "Cocks" as do Jeremy Clarkson says.  Lexus is for the real drivers.
