17" Mini Deep Vee RC Boat - 1st Run

We had already run the boats the night before.... in the dark. Not such a great idea seeing as the canopy to the red boat came off, cracking the hull. So we only had the yellow boat and two half batteries to test with this day. Works out there was still some kinks that we needed to work out.

CAn you tell me the size of the propeller, I check some sites and saw that the shaft size is 2.3mm and can find these propeller, where do you buy the propellers?

The diameter of the prop is 3cm, as the the blade angle I wouldn't have a clue. I havent needed to buy another prop but if your local hobby shop cant get them in then I would go back to where you got your boat. I got mine from vivahobby on ebay.

We have had it flip a number of times. I have actually got 5 of these so i use one of the others as a rescue boat. They are quite stable in calm waters though. I have also made an air pocket in the lid (our first lid came off and sank) so that they wont sink, and by doing this it seems to tip over half as much. If you running them without any means for rescue you can place a cork on top of the antenna that should help it right itself. They are definitely worth the price.
