this is bullshit...2-3 african lions used , so many camera angles , tiger dominated the fight but was made to lose , i think it was tranquilised.....this fight was staged....video's crap....

This is so fake! I'm not shure what the director was trying to prove her other then the tiger was a willain in the movie and had to ''loose''.

The truth is that the two animals were not fighting but playing just like two cats. Probably the whole "fight " was taken in some zoo

People are so dumb . If you understood simple physics you would no that both animals are practically equal in strength and size individuality plays a huge part in who wins not species .

But i do see the lion having a slight advantage due to the foot long mane it has . That's neck and back protection big time . Only question is i wonder how did lions evolve such a defense mechanism

@hoyfanofboulder Don't pretend you know if you don't. It is well established tigers are the biggest cats. But you said otherwise. As for incest, it is much easier to happen to between father tiger and daughter tigress, since tigress stay close to her mother, when they reach sexual maturity, and the father still is not displaced by others after many years. Male tigers roam away. And tigers would not mate if the females are not in heat.

Incests happen among human beings more often, which is fact.

@hoyfanofboulder More than half a century ago, Indian people hated tigers, because they are pests. There were more tigers than lions. So tigers were villian and had to fail. A tiger was shot in the beginning, which was appropriate by the then standard. Until later Indian government decided to provide to protect tigers, following Jim Corbett's suggestion.

But if tigers were pests, so were lions, and such comparison is just funny, but obviously twisting the fact.

@hoyfanofboulder The fact that earlier that the tigers appeared in a pair indicates they were youngsters, or mother-cub relationship, because tigers are solitary. Their bodies look obviously smaller than the lion(s) involved. The lions fans use this as their evidence, but even against the small tiger(tigress), the lion hardly land a blow, and no bites at all, but being bitten, scratched by the small tiger, even after the tiger fell. That is why so many people cast doubt and can't be convinced.

@hoyfanofboulder You're obviously a tiger hater. Lions can only be stronger than tiger cubs, or the smallest tigers such as the Sumartran. Lions muscles are only 2/3 as strong as those of tigers at the same body weight level. To compared with the biggest Siberians, it is slightly over half the strength. With obviously less agility, less brain power, and lions don't stand a chance against tigers. And there is no incest between tiger cubs. Because they have not reach sexual maturity.
