I am not a millionaire by any means, but I have to admit that this show really inspired me to try and help out in any way that I could this holiday season. I've urged all my coworkers to help me start up a holiday donation drive and we've collected several toys, canned food items, etc. for a local charity.

I absolutely love this show. In fact, I feel it's the best show on television. I was already giving back by serving on the board of a non-profit agency. However, I felt it was enough because I was once homeless. BUT, I can't believe that I thought serving on the board was enought. Now I have mentee who I speak to daily. Toy drives that I actively go above and beyond to give. I told my family and friends to donate their gifts to charity this year instead of giving to each other. More to come....

I have been taking care of an elderly Homeless woman,I started out by giving her cash. Than one morning I saw her on the sidewalk all weak and hungry, so I got her some food. The next day I got her warm gloves, beanie hat,a coat and a new suitcase.

My biggest concern is the weather,she doesn't like shelter because of bad experience.I would like to set her up in a HOTEL for 3 months or so, BUT, I do not have that kind of funding.

This show is the best reality show out there it hits home for many people.Thank God there are some good people in this world like myself who continue to give their heart's to others in need.I dont have money like those millionaires but i do my part in my community. Recovering from severe burnout in the last 2 years - i am sitting here bawling my eyes out while watching this amazing show hit with realization of how little I have contributed in my life. I have committed to get back on my feet - with a determination to be all that I can be so that I can give back.

In the meanwhile, due to limited energy, I feel blessed to be able to be within walking distance of a hospice where I could be of some use.

Great show guys - at a time this world badly needs it.

i love your show and think its a great idea. I have been doing care packages for several years now where i buy clothes,food.first aid,medicine,school supplies,etc and send to different countries like africa,philliphines,costa rica,russia,etc. I wish i had a lot more money so i could do a lot more because the shipping is what really kills me. When I get the pictures of the kids i helped though i feel so happy inside so I continue doing as much as i can.

Also I am making bags of gifts to take to the ICU here at the local hospital to take here over christmas to the families who have to stay over the holidays. I wish I could do more or had more resources to help out but since I dont I just try everyday sending letters to businesses around here to try to get donations because the family does not have that much money. Maybe one of them can be my secret millionaire. Until then, I keep praying and hoping that one day it will all work out for the best.

I wish I had more money to help out people in my state. Recently one of my close friends was killed and they have over 200k in medical bills now to pay because they couldnt afford insurance for their son who was shot to death. I started a donation drive last month to help out the family and raise money. Since the area is very small I couldnt raise much but I raised a couple thousand dollars in about a week and I was very proud of myself.

I love the show, but I have been helping people way before the show, I am in a group called freecycle, I give food, clothes or make dolls for children, we are just like every other unemployed person out there, but when my kids no longer fit into somehing or will no longer play with there toys I give them away, to people who can use them. I love helping people. the show inspires me to keep on giving.

As the founder and Director of a homeless & domestic violence shelter, I was in awe that such a thing could happen. It was a dream come true. It is impossible to put into words how much a ministry that helps hurting and scared people can consume your thoughts, time and heart.I know there are many children sitting in school wondering where they will sleep at night, others are afraid to go home because they might see their mom get beat, or maybe it will be them. Kids..our most precious resource.
