@youngbrolly6: My condolescenes that your brother did not live to see the ending of this great game. For me, A link to the Past is one of the greatest, if not the best Zelda game as it was both reasonably long and challenging without being tedious and frustratiing.

Can you save after the credits? I just beat the game and don't want to turn my system off.

These games are very different from a game like Skyrim. While Skyrim has fancy graphics and in-depth gameplay, Zelda- and many of Nintendo's games- has always been about immersing you in the adventure, making you feel like it's you and not just some character who's in the game.

my brother was a big zelda fan, he got this for xmas of 92.....late january 93 he passed from a enlarged heart, the night before he passed he was up all night trying to beat gannon and couldnt do it........after the funeral i came home carried the game on for my brother and beat gannon ....when the credits rolled it hit me hard and i just broke down and cried . it was like my brother was saying by to me .
