im ordering this sub, and could you tell me the dimensions of your box (port included plz). im putting it into a 98 ford explorer... and did you us a TL? if so, at what hertz?

This is my old system and the only thing i can remember about the box i built was that it was 4 cubic ft tuned to 38hertz. I cant remember what the port area was and i sold it a while ago so i cant get the exact dimensions. And yes i used a term lab legal at the kick panel 146.3db.

not totally true...the w7 DOES put up good numbers...however they are overpriced and i would never buy one...they are nowhere near worth it

much more out there that is much better build and quality than the jl...only jl i would buy is MAYBE their amps.

jasp, your comments show that you know absolutely nothing about car audio. go do some research first of all. JL is overpriced and nothing in their line compares to the hdc3 in terms of spl.
