Science was around WAY before Christianity was. How did you get that without Christianity there would be no science? In fact Christianity was horrible for science, such concepts that no one really refutes nowadays were completely condemned by the church, (Earth is round and revolves around the sun are 2 basic ones).

Good is subjective, God is good according to him and his followers. He is cruel in my opinion, and I know others share that opinion.

@partsproduction Children do die because men and women sin, so long as that sin is killing the child. Though other types of sin aren't the reason.

Adam and Eve had no concept of right or wrong, yet they were expected to follow an order from one person, but not another... How exactly can one determine who you should follow when there is absolutely no concept of right or wrong? And Satan was the one that gave us the concept of morality.

Plus I'm not callous, I just don't believe in a god and I have noticed how much religion has held us back. I don't need the promise of an eternal life or the threat of eternal torture to do good deeds and care for others.

@DarkMatter2525 Children die because men and women sin, the devil reigns because Adam and Eve gave him the reigns, the world belongs to him until God takes it back with great power (He purchased it back on the cross!), and people who don't believe what God says call him a liar! Without Christianity there would be no science, no Western civilization. No one, I repeat NO ONE, will have anything to say on judgement day, it will all be quite horrifyingly clear, God is good, and man a sinner.
