  • Breeding Farms what breeding farms? They just showed the hatchery....

  • I've purchased chicks from different hatcheries. Shipped via USPS and purchased from farm supply stores. Of all of the chicks the ones I got from Ideal were my favorites.I ask around to see which store is carrying Ideal chicks. I like the tinted egg chickens, blue, green, and pinkish with lavender speckles, so I got Americana variety. The eggs were big, the chickens very hardy I had one hen that was with me for 10 years, laying all the while. They are also quite smart.

  • Once again, people are treating these ANIMALS like clothing... no worth, just nothing but a hunk of meat. So go ahead and comment on how i dont no nothing and how im immature and fuck like that, but it doesnt matter, because as much as you try to defend this, it is wrong. These are little baby BIRDS, not anything else. notice how the baby chicks are put in a fucking DRAWER. this is disgusting... how is this "ideal??"

  • You got Puffy checks like the puffy chicks Lady!!! LOL!

  • @Rebbecca1983 they are actually a HYBRID - that takes 7 years of strain to reproduce - we do the brahma hybrids ;o)

  • @Illiasc You have to realize that these people don't typically raise their own birds. They have farmers who have the adult fowl, collect the eggs and bring them to the hatchery. Due to the large number of chicks that they sell, they do not raise all their own birds.

  • Nice video, but it would be nice to see how the breeder birds are treated/their conditions.

  • @Rebbecca1983 Go to backyardpoultry . com and ask around there. It is where all the poultry geeks hang out.

  • You know I could save lots of money if y'all would just hire me. LOL Great piece... I've bought several chicks from you and have been very proud of your chicks. It was really nice to see where they are coming from. :)

  • Hi, I'm from New Hampshire, USA. I'm looking for a gold Partridge Brahma. I have only found them in Europe and Australia. But I'am looking for breeders in the USA .Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
