This is an abdominal workout for those who don't want to go on the floor or don't have time to. Hope you all enjoy it. Thanks for watching. IMPORTANT: Remember to stretch after you do this workout. Although I did not stretch afterwards due to time, MAKE SURE that you do. I will have a stretching video up soon.

  • @Karmsplayhouse : It's a good start. Doing this workout alone will not bring it all the way down. There are some other workouts in addition to this one that will help accelerate the process. Cardio Kickboxing, for example, is a good workout that will help. And, of course eating the right foods.
