1-Lose fat = reduce calorie intake or
2-Lose fat = reduce calorie intake + aerobic exercise or
3-Lose fat = do fasting + aerobic exercise
Learn about them and choose which ones or combinations that fits your liking. I do all of them in different situations. In the office I do #1, at home I do #2 (weekdays) and do #3 on weekends. The bottom line is I want to lose weight, have fun doing it, and lose 1 lb at a time. Weigh myself daily. There's more to say but running out of space here.

You are saying right that exercise is the best way to reduce your weight. But i will suggest if your are going to take any natural product like Xenesis-EP, it will give you the better results.
