no he was just suprised to see dutch reaction... if u see all the shield series u'll see vic is everything but a bully! he entered a gang area full of armed guys with only a bullet in the chamber!

@Queen1990bee that was not the point, personally the whole issue about Shane and why people said that he was such a moron, was when he killed Lem, that whole fiasco stemmed from the money train saga and Mara getting in the middle of everything with her asking for the money and then opening herself up to blackmail. That whole Antwone Mitchell thing, you can't excuse that, Shane was just being a Vic wannabe there.

Go Dutch! Billings is such a moron, I'm glad Dutch knocked the crap out of him and pushed back instead of being pushed around. Honestly, Dutch vs Vic, I got money on Dutch purely on the basis of evidence of untapped rage that Dutch has got going on, that could be useful. Without Dutch there is no Vic. Dutch For the Win.
